An ECPA Section Map is a full color map containing Parcel Lines, Subdivision Boundaries, Public Land Survey Lines, Government Lot Lines, Right of Ways, Parcel History Lines, Easements and Street Centerlines, each with corresponding annotation and a graphical index of surrounding sections.
  • All maps are paper scaled and formatted to 24 x 36 inches (Arch. 'D') paper size
  • Some North and South Township maps end with a 'N, S, E, W, D' suffix
    • These represent North, South, East, West halves of the same section map
    • A detail map of an area of a section may become necessary, hence a section map with a 'D' suffix
  • Please note that the color on the map may vary depending on your printer
  • On request, we can generate color prints on 24 x 36 inches (Arch. 'D') paper-size for a nominal fee
  • All maps are in Adobe PDF format with an average size of 1 megabyte(MB)

ECPA Subdivsion Maps are available for most subdivisions in the county. Each map displays the Subdivision Boundary, Right of Ways, Property Lines and Easements with corresponding annotation. You may also request that a Subdivision Map contain sales information. In which case, each parcel that has sold within the last four years is color coded by year and displays the sale price.

Please Note:
ECPA Subdivision Maps are not subdivision plats, but rather reflect the current state of a given subdivision. A subdivision plat is an officially recorded legal document. For subdivision plat requests, please follow this link to the Escambia County Clerk of Courts website.
